Tru by Hilton St. Augustine I-95

Great experience, I had a cancelled flight late at night in Philly and couldn’t make the first night that I booked. I was traveling for work and had to go directly to my plant the next day and finally made to the hotel that evening. I explained to them about my cancelled flight in Philly and they were able to take the cost of the first night off my total cost. I really appreciate it, especially with the stress of travel issues. Thank you!

New facility with all the latest amenities. Comfortable, clean, quiet rooms. The bed and pillows were just right. Great walk in shower, no tub to climb over. Nice included breakfast with hot and cold items. Ample parking.

The bed was so comfy. The rooms were cleaner than any hotel I ever been in it honestly felt like I was out at five star resort and the breakfast in the morning perfect late night snack felt like I was at a gas station in Dubai.

I had a very positive one-night stay at Tru by Hilton St. Augustine. The room was extremely clean, with comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom, and plenty of outlets and lighting. The digital thermostat made temperature control easy. Staff was friendly, and breakfast was decent with a fun made-to-order pancake machine, though the lobby coffee wasn’t great. The location is excellent—right off the interstate, quiet, safe, with easy parking and a short drive to the historic area. No pool or hot tub, but I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was there only one night. The hotel is new. The staff is super friendly. It's clean, and the room is very nice. The mattress is very comfortable, and I slept well. The TV is a good size and it's a smart TV, so it offers other apps to watch. I wasn't sure if it's free Wi-Fi or not because I didn't use it. I liked that there's always good coffee and free tea in the lobby, as well as various snacks and drinks to buy. The water and ice machine is great because the water tastes delicious. Another thing to highlight is that the hotel and the rooms smell nice; that's super important to me.

Clean, well maintained, and close to downtown. Taylor was amazing! You can tell she takes pride in her excellent customer service! The breakfast was also great. Good variety and plenty of seating areas. They also have a pool table in the lobby. Bed was surprisingly comfortable vs some other hotel beds. Although I with the pillows were a little more firm though. They seem like they could be, but then you put your head on it and it's a pancake. 10/10 recommend!

My stay at this hotel was, in almost every way, outstanding. Highlights - Rooms: Spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, ensuring a restful sleep. - Breakfast: Fresh, varied, and delicious. A perfect way to start the day. - Facilities: Well-maintained and spotless, with thoughtful details that make guests feel special. - Overall atmosphere: Warm, welcoming, and full of comfort. Area for Improvement The only downside was the check-in experience. The staff member in charge, an older gentleman, was not professional or courteous. He simply charged the payment and handed over the room key without any explanation or hospitality. This felt out of place compared to the otherwise excellent service. Final Verdict Aside from that one issue at reception, the hotel deserves a 10/10 for its rooms, breakfast, and overall service. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.
